To master the creation of Italian Porchetta, a specific animal must be sourced. You cannot utilize commodity pigs. We are partnered with the Frank family and Sunrise Farms to be supplied an all natural, anti biotic and hormone free animal. Mr. Franks is allowing us to secure the animal at a lighter weight than normally brought to market. By doing so, we are able to provide the correct size product, and a leaner product.

Mr. Franks has been recognized by the State of Kentucky as one of the top pig farmers. He was also awarded the prestigious Master Conservationist, acknowledging him as one of the top Green Farmers in Kentucky .

Ernie Hampton, of Hamptons Meats single harvests all of our animals. Hampton Meats has been custom processing animals for over 30 years.
