Reheating Instructions
For best results, thaw completely and preheat the oven to 425°F. Cover the exposed ends with aluminum foil and place the Porchetta on a greased rack over a pan in the center of the oven. Reheat for 30-50 minutes, or adjust time for desired center temperature but DO NOT overheat. 115 degrees f. at the center is commonly preferred since the internal temperature will continue to rise after removing from the oven. Do not place in a warming cabinet or add steam heat as it will soften the skin.
Carve thinly and serve.
It is best served without a garnish, due to its high level of seasoning.
