Silver Finalist in the 2009 NASFT sofi™ Awards Competition

Troncheto Di Porchetta, has been selected as a Silver Finalist in the 2009 NASFT sofi™ Awards Competition in the Meat, Pate or Seafood category. We had a robust contest this year, with 1,411 entries across 31 categories in Part 1.

The next and final round of judging to determine sofi Gold Winners in each category, will take place Sunday, June 28 and Monday, June 29 at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York. We will need product samples for that judging. Instructions will follow. Gold winners will be announced at a special ceremony hosted by noted chef Ming Tsai.
